Under this program, CPEX provides services that assist communities with initiating and creating Smart Growth plans at the neighborhood, community, town, city or parish-wide scale. Plan examples include Housing Strategies, Open Space Conservation Plans, Comprehensive Master Plans, and Zoning Codes and Regulations to implement existing plans.
Communities across Louisiana are adopting smart growth practices and are working to implement new master plans.
